Despite many organizations efforts to reduce teen pregnancy in the United States we still have the highest birth rate among western industrialized countries. In New York state alone there is 61,700 births a year to teens from 15-19 years of age. In the US there are still nearly 500,000 infants born to teen parents each year at an estimated annual cost of 7 billion dollars. This means there are 3 million children under 6 being raised by teen parents or in alternative settings such as foster care or extended family situations. Many teen parents and their children continue to be denied educational opportunities, shelter and safety form abuse and violence.

There has been an unplanned teenage pregnancy. Your task is to go through the hypothetical consequences that could occur because of one nights choice.
