The second game of the season, Bolton paid a visit to the North Warren Cougars in North Warren. This game was a disappointing game all-around for the Eagles. First of all, Bolton was undersized, and it was difficult to get offensive rebounds. On the contrary, Bolton still did not box out on the offensive or defensive end, so it was a lose-lose situation; North Warren had 4th and 5th chances on offence, and Bolton was only having 1 chance on offence. The Eagles seemed dazed and confused all game. They could not run an offensive set correctly, and the 2-3 zone that worked against Chazy last game was being dissected by the forwards of North Warren. Bolton had a lot of trouble putting the ball in the net. Ben Gaddy was the leading scorer with 8 points. Dan Sherman helped out as well with six points, and picked up a large amount of rebounds as the Bolton Eagles fell to the North Warren Cougars, 36-21.
